There are two demonstration pages on this site. The installation package includes these two, plus several others that illustrate how PopTools can be used.
Demonstration 1 - shows how PopTools can be used for the analysis of matrix models
Demonstration 2 - shows how to conduct randomisation tests using PopTools.
A demonstration of the regression routines (as an Excel workbook) can be downloaded in zipped format here. This workbook tests the PopTools routines using the NIST data sets.
